Tenure Comp Intelligence

Two products. One dataset. One methodology.

Career intelligence transparent for both sides of the table. The consumer platform and the B2B Pay Index sit on the same data backbone, with one privacy posture across both.

What we do

Tenure makes career intelligence transparent for both sides of the table. There are two products under one brand:

  • Tenure Careers at tenurecareers.io. A consumer career platform for white-collar professionals in the Gulf. Verified jobs, salary benchmarks, AI CV review, interview prep.
  • Tenure Comp Intelligence at business.tenurecareers.io. A B2B compensation intelligence product for HR and total rewards teams. Live salary data across 12 sectors in UAE and Saudi, refreshed quarterly.

Both products share the same data backbone. Candidate submissions on the consumer side feed (anonymised, source-counted, aggregated) into the B2B Pay Index. Section 12 of the Privacy Policy is the explicit commitment we make to candidates about how their data flows.

Why we built the B2B side

Compensation in the Gulf is opaque. The Mercer guide is annual and expensive. Hays publishes a PDF that's useful for narrative but not for setting a band on a Wednesday afternoon. Recruiter networks help, but they sample fewer than ten data points per role and the conversation costs a phone call you don't always have time for.

Tenure Comp Intelligence is the dashboard that sits between those poles. Quarterly refresh, source counts on every row, $299 per month flat.

How we think about the brand

Tenure serves two audiences with one dataset and one methodology. Professionals use the consumer product to understand market pay before they negotiate. Reward, HR, and Talent teams use Tenure Comp Intelligence to set bands they can defend. The data, the source counts, and the disclosure posture are the same on both surfaces. What changes is the audience and the question they're trying to answer.

Legal entity

Tenure Careers FZE LLC, a UAE Free Zone establishment, registered in Dubai. The B2B Terms of Service at /terms name DIFC courts as the governing forum. The Data Use Agreement at /dua covers how organisations may use Tenure data. The Privacy Policy covers personal data handling on both surfaces.

Founder

Tenure is built by Liam Digan. Background in finance, then product. Based in Dubai. Sole founder; small operating team forming.

The Pay Index is the operator-grade reference I wanted when I was hiring across the Gulf and couldn't get a real answer in under two weeks. If you want to compare notes on the market, the Contact page below is the right channel.
